Scott joined Global Pacific with a background in the fields of property development and real estate including other business ownership and senior management experience in the tourism and motor industries.  His 12 years experience in commercial and industrial real estate markets included development of the Bayleys Real Estate franchise for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty regions.

His business experience includes development of several industrial and residential land subdivisions, building of large industrial factory and warehouse buildings, development of a new complex for The Warehouse, refurbishment and leasing of office and retail complexes, subdivision, development and sales and marketing of a 50 site farm park, and also the financing of these projects.

Scott acknowledges that each client has unique requirements and he is adept at analyzing and focusing on client needs and using his wide experience to provide innovative solutions to financing and equity raising whilst always maintaining high standards of confidentiality and with focus on excellent client relationships.

He services clients in all business and property sectors throughout the country including structuring construction and development loans, joint venture projects, equity funding, expansion and restructuring and farm finance.
