John has spent over 30 years in the financial securities industry. He has considerable investment banking experience involving project analysis, structuring capital raising and the marketing of financial securities to private investors. 

So in addition to arranging debt finance for clients, John’s background and experience provides a strong base for client-support in areas of joint venture projects and equity financing.

John has also acted as a marketing consultant providing services to a number of companies through a range of industry sectors.  He was on the National Executive of the New Zealand Direct Marketing Association for two years.

One of his most valuable assets is the numerous personal business connections he has built up over the years. These include business leaders, property developers and consultants, prominent members of real estate firms and business brokers, accountants, lawyers and financial advisers throughout the country and offshore.

He brings with him a wealth of experience and operates as a key member of the Global Pacific team.
