Clayton has been involved in a competitive business environment from Early in his career.  His business ethics and motivation helped him introduce the bottled water cooler concept to NZ.  Prior to joining Global Pacific Clayton had  spent 10 years in the highly competitive office products business environment providing multifunctional office product solutions including software, hardware, financial and marketing solutions.

Since joining Global Pacific in late 2005 Clayton has developed a large client base and has been successful in raising funds for Residential & Commercial subdivisions, Apartment complexes, Construction & Development facility’s, Bridging finance,  Mezzanine funding, Commercial and Industrial  building finance and other complex property  transactions .

Clayton has gained respect from an extensive range of commercial lenders and has established relationships with all institutional lenders, trading banks and private lenders.

His strong negotiating skills and his ability to structure and manage complex transactions and dedication to succeed makes Clayton a top achiever in the industry and a valued member of the Global Pacific team.
